Viktoria is a Boston-based humor writer and an editor of Slackjaw. She grew up in Brooklyn, which makes her perpetually cool. You can find her work in The New Yorker, McSweeney's, Los Angeles Times, WBUR’s Cognoscenti, and other excellent publications.

Viktoria is a creative writing judge for the annual Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest. She was selected for St. Nell’s Humor Writing Residency in 2023. She has performed in multiple humor reading shows, including Slackjaw: LIVE at Caveat NYC, Wit and Word, and GrubStreet’s Lit Up fundraiser. She was also a guest on The Belladonna Editrix podcast. Viktoria’s writing has been featured in A Newsletter of Humorous Writing and on multiple Best of the Year lists.

Viktoria has a degree in Mass Communication from Boston University and studied writing at The Second City and GrubStreet. She enjoys hiking, kitesurfing, and having a dog.
